MOULE was born from one simple belief: the right tool is the difference between trying and performing.

We started in a home kitchen, with one aspiration – to make the desserts we saw in the display window of the Parisian patisserie. After years of experimenting, we realized the secret wasn't in the recipe, but in the tool.
