We stand behind our products. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can return the product within 30 days of purchase — no questions asked, no cost.

Return Conditions

• The product must be in its original packaging
• The product must be unused, clean, and in good condition
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation) must be included

How to Make a Return?

1. Send an email to support@moule.co.il with your order number and the reason for return
2. You will receive a free shipping label within 24 hours
3. Return the package with the label
4. A refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method

Defective or Incorrect Product

Received a defective or incorrect product? Contact us immediately and we will send you a replacement free of charge, including shipping costs.
