Shipping Times

• Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days nationwide (Israel)
• Express Shipping: Up to 24 hours (available for an additional fee)
• Self-Pickup: Currently unavailable

Shipping Costs

• Orders over ₪350 — Free Shipping
• Orders up to ₪350 — Shipping cost ₪25
• Express Shipping — ₪45 (regardless of order value)

Shipping Zones

We ship nationwide within Israel, including Eilat. Orders to Eilat may experience an additional one-day delay.

Order Tracking

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an SMS and/or email with shipping details and a tracking number. You can track your package directly from the website.

Shipping Issues

If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us by email or chat. We will investigate the issue within 24 hours.
